I’d love to introduce a unique and meaningful event for Women's Ministry Groups, Book Clubs, fundraiser events, and more —a Wrapped Book Party hosted by Brown Bag Best Seller.
This experience blends fellowship, creativity, and encouragement in a relaxed, engaging setting. Together, we create beautifully wrapped books that are not only visually special, but also thoughtfully chosen with purpose and meaning. Ahead of the event, I work with your group to select 3–4 titles or genres to choose from, then I bring everything needed to guide your group through a hands-on, memorable experience.
What Participants Will Do
Each guest will:
• Choose a book curated specifically for your group’s focus or season
• Select from a variety of wrapping papers, ribbons, and embellishments
• Personalize their book with accessories such as bookmarks, stickers, highlighters, and scripture-based touches
• Create a meaningful, gift-ready book to keep or give
How the Party Flows (1.5–2 hours)
• Welcome
• Introduction to the books and activity
• Book selection
• Wrap & create (main experience)
• Optional reflection
• Closing encouragement or prayer
Three Ways Your Event Can Be Structured
You can choose the style that best fits your group:
1. Gift with Intention
Participants draw a name of a person participating in the event, then select and wrap a book specifically for that person. This creates a thoughtful, personal exchange.
2. White Elephant-Style Exchange
Each participant creates a wrapped book, then the group participates in a fun exchange. The book that gets “stolen” the most can earn a small prize for its creator—this adds energy and interaction to the event.
3. Give to Someone You Love
Participants choose and wrap a book with a specific person in mind—family member, friend, or neighbor—creating a meaningful, ready-to-give gift.

• Designed for groups of 15+ participants
• Pricing starts at $30 per person, depending on selections
• 60% deposit paid 4 weeks in advance. Parties can be rescheduled, but we do not offer refunds.
• We offer package options that include beverages and light refreshments
